"I wasn’t expecting this to turn into such..."
I wasn’t expecting this to turn into such a stressful back-and-forth. The replies took forever, and even after waiting, I still didn’t feel like my issue was actually solved. It added more hassle than I thought it would.

"Delivery took longer than expected"
I think my order showed up maybe a few days later than it was supposed to, and the tracking only updated once in a while, if that. The product itself was fine, but waiting that long was frustrating.

"Easy Return and Helpful Support"
My return went smoothly overall. The refund took a few days to come through, but support got back to me and made the process easy enough. It definitely gave me more confidence ordering from them again, knowing they handle returns well.

"Why is this so complicated?"
I don’t get why it has to be this hard to use. I was just trying to find what I needed, but I had to click around forever and still kept running into issues. It feels buggy and way more complicated than it should be.

"Good value with a few minor quirks"
For the price, besty.co has been solid for me. It does what I need it to do and definitely saves me some time, so I feel like I’m getting fair value, if that makes sense. It’s not perfect and there are a couple of things that could be a bit smoother, but overall I’d use it again

"Fell apart after just two days"
I bought this earlier in the week and was disappointed. By the second day of using it, it had already started falling apart. I expected it to last longer than that, so for me it just wasn’t worth the money.
